This was a new build 4 bed terraced house in Newcastle upon Tyne, purchased with a discount from the developer, which we converted to a 5 bed House of Multiple Occupation (HMO).

The property allowed for plenty of share space with a good sized kitchen/diner and a separate communal living area, to encourage a feeling of community for the tenants.

Initially let to students, and latterly to young professionals, this property has normally been fully tenanted with very few voids, consistently generating in excess of £20,000 revenue per year.
